Belarussian youth public association "Different-equal" has been established in 1999 as a result of one of social programs of Republican youth public organization «Next Stop -New Life» - of the project "Exit" (the Center of rehabilitation for disabled teenagers). It was new kind of association for Byelorussian society. It started to act for breaking down negative stereotypes in relation to people with disabilities. For years of the existence the organization completed great variety of social, cultural and educational programs, photo-exhibitions, discos for young invalids and their healthy contemporaries.
BYPA "Different-equal" is registered in the Ministry of Justice of Belarus 11.08.1999. last re-registration date is 29.06.2006. The certificate JVe 01466
Activity of "Different-equal" is devoted      to overcome negative stereotypes in a society in relation to young men with the disabilities.

Our Goals
  1.  Assistance in education and employment of young men with disabilities;
  2.  Search new and improving available forms of social problems decision of young men with disabilities;
  3.  Protection of the rights and legitimate interests of people with disabilities in state authorities;
  4.   Creation and holding programs in the field of social-labor rehabilitation of young men with disabilities;
  5.   Formation of the new relation in a society towards disabled youth;
The central principle of all activities is 50+50=100 success %. Given "the gold formula" provides equal opportunities for young men with disabilities and their healthy peers to participate in projects. We have no doubt, this method of work allows to raise efficiency of integration processes taking place within out activities. It is important for us that as a result of overcoming negative stereotypes in a society in relation to people with disabilities they can integrate into our society.
The basic directions of activity in our organization are defined by overall meeting which is convoked once in three years by Coordination council. Coordination council selects the Chairman out of its members. At the moment into Coordination council structure enter: the chairman - Vadim Koloshkin, and also Polina Golousova, Andrei Shiriakov, Ruslan Anan’ev and Dmitri Dybovski
We are always opened and glad to see those who wants to change the life and to bring this change to their friends and relatives who doesn't afraid to live, who loves dialogue, and simply loves freedom, laughter, who can just love and believes in unlimited capabilities and aspires to realise them.
